Miss Jessica has summoned an employee for a punishment.
He is strapped down to a bench so there is no escape.
The reason he is there is because of his slack appearance.
Miss Jessica only wants a smart, prestinly dressed office and not the casual look he has worn today.
First of all he gets a cold caning and after that a very hard rubber soled plimsol, followed by a thick leather strap and then lots more caning on his bottom, so Miss Jessica’s office rules will be followed better.
