Hearing this, Saori’s heart sinks. She knows that she can’t just stand by and do nothing while her home is in danger. But how can she possibly help? She’s just a normal girl, after all. Or at least, she thinks she is. A sudden memory flashes through her mind: a dream she had a few weeks ago, where she grew to enormous proportions and easily defeated a group of villains who were trying to attack her city. Could this be some kind of sign? No, she thinks to herself, it’s just a silly dream. But still, the idea lingers in the back of her mind, refusing to go away.
Feeling a surge of determination, Saori turns to the desperate man before her. “I’ll do it,” she says decisively, “I’ll try to stop the monsters.” He looks at her in surprise, but doesn’t question her resolve. Instead, he quickly explains the details of the attack and directs her to where the monsters are currently located.
Saori follows his instructions and soon finds herself standing in front of a massive crater, filled with smoke and debris. She can hear the roars of the monsters echoing in the distance, getting closer with every passing moment. Taking a deep breath, she closes her eyes and concentrates, trying to recall the sensation of growing she felt in her dream. The people of the city, who just moments ago had been cowering in fear, now emerge from their hiding places, cheering and clapping as they see their savior standing before them. Tears of joy stream down Saori’s face as she takes in the sight of the city she loves, restored to its former glory. As night falls over the city, Saori makes her way back to her apartment, exhausted but triumphant.
